- What if I don't charge online?
- You're on the entry band, €29 a month. You get the calendar, clients, bookings and notifications like any other business: online payments are an option, not a requirement.
- How is my band worked out?
- From what you charged online the previous month. Charge less one month and you drop a band automatically — you see it on the invoice before you pay it.
- Do you take a commission on each booking?
- No. Not per booking and not per professional. Just your band's fee, plus whatever your payment gateway charges, which goes straight to them.
- What does the free month include?
